Durham Chief Constable's moment in the national eye investigating the Cummings breach had only three possible outcomes none of which were "HE MIGHT" they obviously were "HE DID" "HE DIDN'T" or she couldn't understand the regulations. Smack of a cop out @piersmorgan @RonaldHogg1

@JolyonMaugham A clearer response now from Durham Constabulary who have finally clarified this breach.
Surely we should have expected our Attorney General to have come to the same conclusion quicker than most members of the public have.
