My friend @kathygriffin was put in Twitter jail yesterday after the Washington Examiner complained about her syringe tweet.

The paper feels that a comedian's comment is more dangerous to us than a president who lies to us, daily. And talks about insulin like it's bacon.

Himself, however, has never been in Twitter jail, ever. He lies about mail-in voting; he accuses @JoeNBC of murder. But all that happens is he gets a little "corrective" link placed beneath his lies.

To its credit, the Examiner published an op-ed condemning Trumps hallucinations about murder. Good for them.

And no, I'm not a fan of Kathy's riff about the syringe. Of course she's not serious, duh. But it was just more fuel for the right to come after her.

But compared to the ACTUAL PRESIDENT surrounding himself with a fart-cloud of lies--18,000 of them since election day, according to @washingtonpost--?

I'm pretty sure I know where my outrage ought to be.
