Put differently: I'd encourage folks (esp. black folks) to protect their mental & emotional health.

At least not to all her citizens, then I'd discourage you from protecting that delusion. That narrative needs disruption. It'd be good to consider why you might resist and avoid such a disruption. And it'd be good to think on why many folks don't have the luxury of doing so. 3/
