@TRAI, please take note of the multiple consumer complaints where #ACTFibernet have taken the amount for new connections but haven't provided one. They aren't providing any further responses or refunds

@ACTFibernet @TRAI I have emailed ACT helpdesk, nodal authority, and Appellate authority with no response. The customer care no.s aren't working either.
At this point, I don't even want a new connection. Just issue me the refund. #Bangalore #WorkFromHome

@citizenmatters please check this thread and the tweets to @ActFibernet. Please see if you can highlight the malpractices by these people. Many people have paid an advance of 3 months with no connection or response from them #Bangalore #WorkFromHome
