From releasing a health bulletin of the day early on, by 8 PM on that day, @CMODelhi began to slowly delay the release.
After a while, it was announced that the case summary for a calendar day would be put out the next day.

From 10AM, it became 11, 12, 1 and for while it was a regular affair at the 3 PM slot.
Today& #39;s health bulletin (yesterday& #39;s summary) hasn& #39;t yet been put out and it& #39;s 10 past 6 PM.

All this & #39;verification and allocation& #39; delay doesn& #39;t even give us district wise cases - like all other states and their districts do - by the end of the same calendar day - not 18 hours into the next day like @CMODelhi and his team @SatyendarJain @msisodia
I end this thread of concern here, on an inquisitive note, by asking the Honorary Chief Minister, Mr. @ArvindKejriwal , how does he defend:
a. Bulletin of a day posted after 6 PM on the next day?
b. No district-wise case summary?
