We should all understand that councillors Sam Merulla, @Chad_Collins5, @terrywhitehead, @judipartridge, Tom Jackson, @PaulsEsther, et al, voted to kill SoBi not due to cost but to punish the residents of Wards 1-3.

They've deprived us of transit, they've deprived us social distancing space, and now they've deprived us of an affordable and flexible means of transportation. It is personal. It is meant to be personal. It is elitism and classism.

It is a clear message that our needs as residents in the City of Hamilton are unimportant and are to be dismissed as such. It is myopic and stupid and we should not forget.
