Feedback regarding #Reilance #jioMart..
Ordering process is simple and user interface is fine. No problem encountered with payment gateway. (1/n)
Was eager to receive the delivery.. but either they are over whelmed with orders or lock down issues or lack of experience. Order did not arrive on given date (2/n)
Nor was there any intimation on when stuff would be delivered. The first delivery had items short (refund initiated but to be received at later date & time) Irritating, as we have to now keep a track (3/n)
Wrote an email to the help id, and received a reply next morning..saying orders are being processed and delivered. This was yesterday, almost 3 days after the promised date. (4/n)
Received the balance order today. Again few items short. Again refund to be kept a track of.
The delivery boys (though well meaning and polite) could not read the given addresses, as they were illiterate. (5/n,)
I helped them with giving directions for the next couple of deliveries which were nearby.
I am a regular online shopper & smaller companies in this field have given a far smoother shopping experience. If #jiomart has to compete with likes of @amazonIN (6/n)
They need to get their act together. This thread is not by way of criticism but constructive feedback, I am also a shareholder of Reliance Ind. and would like this venture to do well. (End)
