I realize that I& #39;d be taken more seriously as a game designer if I& #39;d actually write about my design process publicly.
But whenever I try, I just end up feeling really silly and discarding the posts. I think my design process is just not as theoretically sound as some of y& #39;all& #39;s.

I guess we& #39;ll add this to the giant pile labelled inferiority complex, right next to "I& #39;m just not as smart as other designers" and just to the left of my long time companion "everyone is making friends in their own subgroups and I need to prove myself before I can join them".
Random observation:
I also realize that there& #39;s obviously a huge difference between creators who are working on their games full time, and creators (like myself) with a demanding day job, who will on average just be slower and maybe less "in tune" with the design process.
