Brief thread: This weekend, while walking my dog, I saw 12 teens arrive at a graduation party across the street. No idea how many were already inside or in the back yard.... 1/ https://twitter.com/washingtonpost/status/1265976389200732161
2/ If only 2% of Americans are asymptomatic carriers of COVID, then there's a 21% chance that at least 1 of those 12 teens was already infected.

If 5% of Americans are asymptomatic carriers, it's almost a coin-flip (46%) that at least 1 of those 12 teens was already infected.
3/ And none of those 12 teens wore a mask.

"But teens are low-risk!" you say?

Maybe so, but teens have parents, grandparents, co-workers, etc. who may be at high risk of serious illness.
4/ Wear a mask.

It's not for you. It's for everyone else around you.
