George Floyd was an innocent man, his arrest occurred because the cashier thought he tried to pay with a counterfeit note when in reality that was not the case. he was simply a citizen going about his day and he had his life stolen from him purely because of his ethnicity. (1/6)
the police refused to listen to him when he said âi canât breatheâ because they were ignorant to the level of violence they were enforcing on him. the fact that people are STILL acting as if this doesnât happen on a REGULAR BASIS doesnât sit right with me. (2/6)

-gets swept under the rug and their precious lives arenât commemorated as they should be. it has been 155 years since the 13th amendment was passed and weâre still living in a world where HUMAN BEINGS are being treated like rubbish. (5/6)
