This is why I get so frustrated when white people say stuff like ‘I’m sure it wasn’t bad intent’ ‘no way is that still happening’ ‘are u sure it’s because your black’ it’s not even about the person it’s about the experience. you question it and you have no idea what it’s like

How about you listen to the experience of the person it’s happening too and find out how you can solve the problem- challenge the oppressor not those being oppressed.

LISTEN and DO. Do better to make the world a better place a place where people who are black can be less anxious about who they are considering your privilege allows you to not even think about your race
