my parents made a quick visit to their work place (which happens to be the very same school i'm graduating from) and my principal sent me his greetings, i'm embarrassed and oddly honoured because that's actually very nice of him

another reason for embarrassment is that on behalf of my school i'm apparently going to receive a gift celebrating my graduation because traditionally when a teacher's offspring graduates, the rest of the school staff gets the kid a present. oh my god

i absolutely dO NOT deserve this but what puts my mind at ease is that everyone else whose parents work at my school get a gift too lol
