Hawks loves skin contact. He has learnt that later of his life, but now that he knows how good skin contact feels, he’s become addicted to cuddles and nuzzles and more touches on bare skin.

Even though he always confused about the proper intimacy towards people, but it feels wonderful to know he’s beloved through this way.
On the other hand, Dabi dislikes every kind of gentle touches. Somehow they hurt him like hellfire, bringing up traumas from his buried memories,

so he avoids them as much as possible.
Hawks never asks the reason, but he's willing to teach Dabi how good cuddles feel, like how he himself learned about it. He loves to hug and nuzzle Dabi to show his love towards him, soft cheeks rubbing against Dabi's cold pale skin,

warm hugs and breathes slowly melts his guard away.
It takes time but it's paying off eventually. When Dabi gets used to Hawks’ touches and responding with cuddles and kisses on his temples and cheeks, Hawks is thrilled and chuckling like a beloved child in his arms.
