Hey! Do you want to see more interesting stuff happen in Korea? Legislators are reconsidering a protective measure for Korean animation studios and animators, which allowed Dooly the Little Dinosaur, a cultural touchstone for countless Korean creators, to happen.
To show support for our animation industry, many artists have put up a social media initiative to bring attention to the issue. https://twitter.com/rok0813/status/1265862217397760001?s=20
Dooly the Little Dinosaur might be something you've never heard of, but if you are a fan of the idea that more interesting things may come from Korea, please join in! Redraw these frames in your style and use the hashtag ( #둘리챌린지 or #doolyredraw) to raise awareness!
I am not an expert on the issue. I learned about it via the hashtag & redraw initiative, so it's working.

The protective measures for Korean animators are what allowed my favorite childhood shows to happen! Please contribute if you can!
Please feel free to RT any or every tweet in this thread! I loved Dooly as a child because, unlike other animated shows, it talked to me about troubles I had as a Korean child and told me that it's okay to feel the ways I felt.

We need more friends that tell us it's OK to be us!
