Your 20's as a woman should be greatly valued. Your body is at its prime. You enter your late 20's, metabolism begins to slow down. This easily leads to increased weight gain. Also, you begin to experience gradual bone and muscle loss. Your body shape changes!!
At the same time, this is when women want to settle down and have kids. They want to look good/healthy for their suitors and so they start to make dietary changes. But remember, diet alone won't help! You're in your 30's now!
You have kids now! And shedding off baby weight isn't as easy as it seems! So you're stuck wondering why your body won't change even with all your effort. And you start to hate younger women ( it happens) 😅
