protestors: wear masks! the coronavirus is still real, keep yourself and fellow protestors safe! this will also protect you in the event someone takes your picture or a video, cops will not be able to identify you

also, if you have one, bring an umbrella! this will block tear gas grenades and rubber bullets from directly hitting you, and if enough of them are there, create a light barricade, making it harder for police to advance

also, bring water bottles!!! as many as you can carry!! if you get gassed or maced, you can use these to clean your eyes and/or a fellow comrade’s eyes

if there are traffic cones nearby, place one over a tear gas grenade and pour water through the top hole. this will keep the smoke from spreading and affecting others
