What we need is more black ownership.

Ownership in technology & Information tech, production & manufacturing, healthcare, supermarkets & corner shops, real estate, mining, farming, financial bodies/ services, energy, construction, insurance, media, publishing & education.
And once we have that. We need to support, grow and maintain.
Start creating generational wealth with eachother.
As an owner you have to:
Put the customer before your pockets.
Accept all customers.
Recycle your money back into the black community by supporting other businesses providing something you need.
If you don’t want to own something you can still help by widening the door to whatever industry you want to by being an example or you can get to a position of power within the company and make sure black people are not being discriminated against in the hiring process.
You can also use what you learn working for someone to teach those who want to work for themselves.
If you want to be an owner but need to learn & get experience then go and work for someone to do that then apply it to start your own.

Doing that can also create powerful networks but you do not need a saviour.
Are you ready to endure the hardship of the journey?

You are going to get hate.

You are going to get bad reviews.

You are going to have losses.

You are going to have competition.

You may not get the support you thought.

You may not blow up in a year.

Can you take it?
Before you change anything

You need to change yourself.
