Character is something that we build in a manner of accepting our mistakes and handling criticisms with grace.
It is very sickening that people defend this director, who refuse to admit his shortcomings and just defend his ego, thus, considering his mistakes as okay.

Do you seriously believe this is the kind of person who cares about our struggles? No. A person so conceited that he is above everyone else will only care about himself alone. The only thing that will matter to him is the clout. The money. And the noise.
As much I would not like to post anything about him since this is exactly what he wants, publicity, I need to take this out of my chest once and for all. I& #39;m not feeding this monster& #39;s ego but just voicing out my opinion about him.
There are evidences. There are proofs. There are testimonies. And there are people who see you behind all this facade. Some of those defending this director are merely talents who don& #39;t want to lose their jobs.
Popularity is flattering but it is not a ticket to win an award or be respected. It will always boils to substance. Who. The. Fcuk. Are. You. And. What. The. Fcuk. Have. You. Done.
I hope Viva take this matter very seriously because this is alarming and a total letdown to the company& #39;s code of ethics.
