THANK YOU SO MUCH to all my black and brown friends, to all the black strangers and heroes who have taken time out of their lives (taken on emotional labour, trauma, exhaustion, disappointment) to educate those around them, to change the world, to try and make it better.

And to those who are too drained, too exhausted, who now need to look after themselves, their well being and safety. Thank you. I am so sorry this is happening. I am so sorry for where I have fallen short and where I have been complicit. I will try and be better.
