Modern K-pop wouldn't be where it is now if it weren't for the influences it derived from Black culture, Black music. African-American producers and songwriters were behind your fave idol songs. If your K-pop timeline is filled with #BlackLivesMatter tweets, let it stay that way.
Being on K-pop twitter shouldn't be an excuse to stay apolitical or apathetic. This isn't a bubble you can escape to when societal and racial issues make you "uncomfortable". Lives are taken and human rights are violated esp. within the black community. Your biases can wait.
