Seeing some nonsense today about the racial problems of white people.

I've never been arrested, but if I was, I wouldn't be scared of what might happen to me because I'm white.

I never have to worry that someone might call the police on me because of the colour of my skin.
I can attach a picture to my CV without concern that the employer will racially profile me.

I can wear a face mask and not have people tell me I look like a criminal or a gang member.

If I needed assistance from a stranger, I know that my skin colour wouldn't cause an issue.
Being white doesn't mean you can't experience adversity or hardship; what it does mean (and I can't believe I'm having to repeat what's already been said countless times) is that being white isn't going to *cause* you hardship or adversity.
Have I experienced discrimination due to who/what I am?

Yes.

Have I been treated badly due to who/what I am?

Yes?

Has this ever been due to being white?

No.

Will I ever face adversity because I'm white?

No.
POC are being killed in the streets, in their own houses for God's sake, and you're out here bleating about the racial issues you face as a white person?

Wow.
