Obviously, Minnesota police has been notorious for sometime:

#GeorgeFloyd was ingloriously pinned to death this week.
Jamar Clark was fatally shot in 2015. He was handcuffed and on the ground when the shots were fired.
The following year Philando Castile was shot in his car.
No charges were brought against officers in Clark's death. The officer involved in Castile's murder was fired but acquitted of second-degree-manslaughter charges. The officer who facilitated Floyd's death has been fired but I don't think it will go beyond that (à la Eric Garner)
Now there was a very unique case. In 2017, Justine Damond, a white woman, was fatally shot by a black Minnesota officer of Somali descent. Guess what? He was sentenced to twelve and a half years in prison.

The pattern in this thread is self-explanatory.
