Important thread for the people of Jammu who are being betrayed yet again by Delhi.

1. Delimitation exercise to withdraw constituencies in J&K has begun. Instead of waiting for the most recent census that’s scheduled next year, it’s being done on the basis of rigged 2011 census.

2. It’s an open secret that 2011 census in J&K was rigged as the numbers didn’t match up. The results exhibited an unnatural spike in Kashmir’s population while a major drop in Jammu’s. However, the population growth rate data of Jammu tells a different tale altogether.

3. OK, I just realised some of our friends may not know what delimitation is. Delimitation is basically redrawal of assembly or Lok Sabha constituencies based on the most recent census. The Delimitation Commission is a powerful body whose orders cannot be challenged in the court.

4. It was a long pending demand of the Jammu region as rigging J&K census has been a common practice to ensure that Kashmir always has more constituencies despite having lesser population than Jammu so that Jammu remains irrelevant while Islamist hegemony enjoys all the powers.

5. If delimitation is conducted on the basis of census 2021, Jammu is set to get 50 out of 90 seats but it’s being done on the basis of rigged 2011 census which will again give Kashmir more seats than Jammu and give J&K, yet another Kashmiri Muslim CM. All for Muslim appeasement.

6. From 1971-2001, the average growth of Jammu remained 31%. How did it suddenly drop to 21% in 2011? In 2002, Jammu had 1.41 lakh more voters than Kashmir. In 2014, Kashmir had 4.21 lakh more voters than Jammu, how’s a swing of 5.6 lakhs possible unless Jammu has had a genocide?
