Unicorn Riot livestream apparently said a "vigilante truck" attempted a hit and run on a black person. Police somehow let them go and they tried to hit and run again.

UR reporter says he's quoting from John Steitz (not sure if spelling is correct) on FB. Steitz says "We just watched a purposeful hit and run by an older white guy vgilante on an uninvolved black man who happened to be at the scene."

Says the vigilante slammed his truck into the black man's SUV.

"Police briefly detained the homicidal man with the truck and then let him go. We saw him do it again at Hennepin Ave."

"No questioning of witnesses. Cops just fled to the next scene."
