To be make it very clear i am speaking about people looting too. Regardless of what you think people who steal don’t deserve to be hunted down by the state either. And I think you should really sit down and unpack how you want to fight against police brutality

Somehow becuase someone stole a TV from Walmart or Target or wherever they deserve to be punished and targeted. Like I said- you should unpack that. ACAB and FTP all day- police should be abolished not reformed

You’ve clearly already acknowledged black people are over-policed. In the last several months we’ve seen ARMED white protestors storm buildings, we’ve seen white people ignore Covid-19 related laws, we’ve seen them harass employees at restaurants and bars and stores

Yet nothing like that has happened to them- no violently escalated confrontations. So really sit and ask yourself why you want black people who are stealing to be exposed to the carceral state under the guise of accountability when you know that’s not what police are about

Police have SHOWN us through the last 4 months (and since their inception) that their priority is not accountability or justice. Again- white dudes have guns bigger than my body on the steps of their state capital, pardon me if idgaf about someone stealing from target
