Project idea:

Set up a website where Venezuelans in need can sign-up and create a profile consisting of:

- a picture,
- bio,
- bitcoin address,
- eth address,
- phone number

Donors could directly send BTC, ETH or stablecoins to the person or reload their phone via @bitrefill

The crux would be to prevent anyone from signing-up and creating a profile.

Instead there would be a couple of trusted local people (NGO?) choosing people and on-boarding them to the site and crypto.

Crypto enthusiasts dream of adoption in Venezuela..

.. this is a way to accelerate adoption

+ since everything is on-chain it's easy to see how much each individual has received when choosing who to donate to
