Kate Hawley had M.Robbie pick their outfit in Suicide Squad out of a slew of other Harley themed outfits- including the original full one piece.

So in short- both costume departments were ran by women. But I guess this doesn't help the point Karla is trying to make, so I guess they'll continue to erase the women costume designers in hollywood
