Since anitwt is getting political today, I might as well drop a thread containing more social issues that everyone should attend to.

PH Social Issues (a thread)

- The largest TV Broadcasting network was shut down without warning and 11,000 Filipinos lost their jobs.
- DepEd forcing students to go online despite not assessing that some don't have access to the Internet or to modern technology.

- Our president threatening the "left" and telling the military to whoever opposed the government to "shoot them dead."

- NBI arresting people giving "death threats" to the President despite it being a joke.

- POGO or the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operation continuing operation despite it not being a help to our economy.

- Senator Koko Pimentel not getting arrested despite him violating the quarantine protocols and him being a carrier of the disease.

- Police officers celebrating a birthday despite it being a clear violation of quarantine.

- P275 Billion + ($500M+) clearly not being spent on stopping thispandemic.

- Mass Testing isn't evident, Roque even said that they'll leave it to the private sectors.

- Justice system is biased to those who have power. (Looking at you, Mocha Uson.)

- Women having s*x with police officers just to pass through checkpoints or to provide for their family.

- PNP shooting an ex-Marawi soldier with PTSD because the police felt "threatened."

THAT WAS ONLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. IN THE SPAN OF 3 MONTHS.

And they have the audacity to transition to GCQ. (Which means: Mostly everything would open up now, except for leisure establishments and public transport will slowly but surely start to be used again.)

Also please don't forget that #BlackLivesMatter because we're all still people and don't make the color of a person's skin an excuse on why they're dangerous. That's stereotyping.
