i’m honestly over people saying “well posting online isn’t doing anything.” IT’S A GD START. stop scaring away people who are STARTING. HELP THEM BE BETTER. this is not our (black people’s) problem to fix. we didn’t f-ing create it. SO HELP US. START. and THANK YOU.

i make mistakes, too. i am not perfect in navigating these conversations because i’m only used to having them in my head or friends who look like me. but all i know is this is a wake-up call for many people to START. let’s encourage THAT and point people in the right direction.
