Offering your basic rules for free vs cheap is a very weird dichotomy to think about as a publisher.
-on one hand, people are happy its free
-on the other hand, people think you don't value it

its like people prefer a significantly discounted basic rules,
IDK its weird

Also just to note,
I'm arguing for the sake of intellectual curiosity, Not because I'm a form believer of any one path
