i don't think it's "oppression" but i do think it's fair to give trans* ppl the breadth to express discomfort with certain kinds of porn because we /do/ have lived experience in dealing with people who project their fictional porn preferences onto us
i certainly am not fond of "cuntboy" "bussy" "boy pussy" etc because ive run into people who legitimately think this is how the world works

which is a stark contrast to most people in rotten-adjacent fandom who are very aware asses aren't self lubricating
the other stark divide worth pointing out is that most run-ins with futa/etc fetishists have beenw with cismen. which. yeah.

are there women or queer folks who are into that/create that too? yeah of course. buuuut you can't blame folks for being wary--
--when the public face of the fetish tends to be cis men with terrible division between fiction and reality
like

i do not think it's an "either" "or" situation here where you can only be mad about trans healthcare and fetishism bc it affects our lives in real and tangible ways
again: contrast this to most responsible fujo-side folks who are at worst a little awkward instead of outright dangerous the way cismen are
I guess what im saying is trans* fetishism in hentai/cishet-directed porn is very different from fandom fetish works.

this stuff: caters to a dominant demographic who has demonstrated poor concept of divorcing fiction from reality. their bigotries are their j/o material
fandom: by and for women and/or queer people who generally have an awareness of what's real and OK outside the fandom bubble.
i mean obviously there are always outliers but that's been my experience and why i wanted to express my discomfort with the comparison in case that tweet starts getting legs around pro-ship adjacent twitter
