If there’s one third party seller from Amazon that I’d never buy from again, it’s NexiPC 😒 I ended up returning my gaming laptop and it’s been over a week since I returned it and still no refund after messaging them 3x. The 2nd email they acted like it never got processed when
they said it was already getting done in the initial email 😤 I showed them proof after they asked for the tracking number then they just told me the same excuse about slow processing times.

Today I contacted Amazon directly and got to speak to a supervisor about it. She ended
up sending them a refund request and email about the issue and their excuse was they were understaffed and slow at processing everything, yet their reviews said everyone got fast shipping times and I even got it within 2 days 👿 also read their reviews and people have had the
same issue.

Sorry this tweet is so long, it’s just been super frustrating dealing with them 🙄 not only that but they’re just taking advantage of the pandemic situation just cause they don’t wanna refund people who have spent at least $1k or more and have had to do a return
But on a good note, the Amazon supervisor assured that if they don’t provide my refund, then they would go ahead and initiate an investigation and still give me my refund since I have proof 🙃 so shout out to Sylvia for helping me.

Definitely deleting this thread later 😂
