1.I'm working on the Slump/Millennia special tonight and I noticed something interesting. Viz made an absolutely stupid censor of Boondocks Norimaki by removing his lips and adding an impossibly straight line that isn't hand drawn. The assumption is that he's a black caricature..

2. In the anime, which admittedly changed the Sundae Bros. in v15, ch10-13 "Play Ball" from robots to black folks (?!), Boondocks is green. This may be because they're just toys, not black guy vs white guy boxers, or this could be a choice of the Toei animation staff.

3. Another fun censor from Viz I noticed was they removed Streets Soramame's twig and berries from the boxer shorts gag.

4. But the most interesting thing I found and the reason I started this thread is that in the anime, the names of the robots aren't Boondocks and Streets, it's Country and Local, said in ENGLISH!
