2)extension who puts Authoritarianism on like a jacket, & can take it off at will. All the while, the subject-extension is not the jacket, & the jacket cannot be held responsible for what the subject does.

At the other extreme, the absence of the State allows this domain to

3)exist as competing heterogeneous factions whose loyalties are extremely aesthetic & subject to shifting according to capital & materialist needs & desires. Unlike the State with unilaterally imposed rules, & the biopower to enforce them, the factions function under a

4)survivalist paradigm. Survivalism extends to the subject also, who cannot even appeal for secure protection, as the presiding protector can shift loyalties at any time.

We see here that there is no expression that doesn't contain its own embedded paradox, & all the more

5)dialectically.

This is the world George Floyd was caught in as a black man between the racist officer's knee & the concrete. The impotent Law itself will never be held accountable & the non-existent Ethics will go passed over as "[not-all] officers are racist."

6)It is exactly these paradoxes structuring the subject that *nihilate* black subjectivity through intentional *choices* passed off to an "extension of humanity," here Law, which is not a reflection of the subject *, but the subject THEMSELVES*.

7)Law, like all media, institutions, & technologies, is NEVER neutral & ALWAYS *the* paradoxical subject in PURE form without body -- the Purified Subject.
