sg's reason for recording game jikkyous with sk was b/c it brought him back to his childhood, when he had fun playing video games then; his reason for stopping activities was ultimately bc shsh stepped so far into the commercial ('adult') world that it was putting pressure on him

sg is the kind of creator that makes w/e he thinks is fun. he doesn't care if it's unpolished, as long as it's satisfying. he's outright said that he makes stuff just to make sk laugh. but as shsh's IP projects grew, the difference between sg's creations &

the actual team of professionals that sk had assembled became impossible to ignore... and in the end, trying to keep up w/ that team of professionals made him trip and fall off the path that sk was trying to bring him on. (and sk Really wanted to bring sg along with him.)

at some point 'bk..tshsh' had stepped away from being a revival of their childhood. instead it became an IP of its own, and sg could not keep up with how quickly it moved. so that's why he and sk decided to end the group....

in the days leading up to the disbandment sk often held solo streams where he talked about feeling guilty abt sg's decline - bc the one who grew the bk..tshsh IP was mostly sk, and he was the one who sort of forced sg to walk forward with him

but the reason why he brought sg along with him was bc, again, he has the most fun when sg is with him b/c they get to return to their childhood. and without that motivator bk..tshsh isn't complete

i don't have any neat way to end this thread im just writing what made me emo

in the end i'm sad that sg was pushed to this point & that we won't get to hear the two's laughter on a weekly basis anymore, but as long as they'll be happy after this then that's all i can wish for
