Just watched a guy get shot and go down by a “less than lethal” round from the roof.

The citizen barricade is being moved up. Closer to the precinct. Meanwhile MPD closed rank back toward the precinct, increased the number of shots they’re taking, and the horses are on the move coming up toward Lake Street at Minnehaha. Looks like a kettle is coming to me.

Stampedes are a real hazard out here and people need to think more about running and the cascade effect of that.

I’m hearing that the Target parking lot is essentially a flea market/auction floor. If you need any toilet paper or whatever it appears to have been liberated.

This back and forth thing is really common. The police have paused shooting rounds. My guess is they’re on a schedule at this point of when they decide to push protesters back. Meanwhile the barricade is getting bigger.
