For all those twats tweeting about how it should be “all lives matter” take a moment to read this thread and think about this.
If a house was on fire you wouldn’t send fire engines to every house would you cause “every house matters”?! No, you would just send them to the house that was on fire.
So stop trying to validate “all lives matter” when currently black lives are at risk and don’t matter to some people as shown with the brutal murder of George Floyd.
By choosing to say it should be “all lives matter” you are overlooking your privilege as sadly we are still in a society where white privilege exists :/
So until black lives matter and equality is reached it should be #BlackLivesMatter
