I remember crying in my room + praying that God would help my feelings of loneliness to subside. Now I’m crying in my room + thanking Him bc He has surrounded me with some of the most amazing individuals who push me closer to Him, love me, +pray for me. He’s so stinkin’ faithful!

Also! I don’t share this to brag on anyone but God and also to give hope to those who may be struggling with loneliness. One thing is for certain: no matter how lonely you feel, there is a God who loves you beyond comprehension and who is literally always there with you.

It hurts to feel alone, but it’s a beautiful thing to find contentment in time with Christ. Pray for your future relationships, for feelings of loneliness to subside, and pray that the individuals you come across in the future will be ones who ultimately push you towards Him.

Also one more thing (I promise my Ted Talk will end soon)!!! If you are struggling with loneliness, I encourage you to reach out to others around you bc chances are, there are many feeling the exact same way. Anyways thank u for coming to my emotional “Jesus is good” thread xoxo
