Here's the Texas Supreme Court's opinion in the COVID vote-by-mail case. #txlege https://www.txcourts.gov/media/1446711/200394.pdf
A win for the state in that the court holds lack of COVID immunity is not a disability within the meaning of Texas election law. But at the end of the opinion, the court says that election officials have no legal obligation to investigate a voter's asserted reason. #txlege 2/
The court also goes on to say that “elected officials have placed in the hands of the voters the determination of whether in-person voting will cause a likelihood of injury due to a physical condition.” #txlege 3/
