I'm curious how many black residents try to slide under the radar of anti-blackness in white spaces by wearing their hospital attire home, work Patagonia, or dress more formally than they'd like.

From my private conversations, it's a thing, though not sure how ubiquitous it is.

When I see threads about how people denounce those who wear their hospital attire, sure nothing obnoxious like your white coat, I often jealously envy them as they blend into their spaces enough to not worry about it.

Now, if you've been one of these people who's led this conversations. Don't worry, I don't expect nor want a message of apology. I'm just highlighting how much black people work to fit into white spaces, without people even knowing it.
