I remember i was on a ‘eS skateboarding trip in Minneapolis, MN, and a cop stopped the whole team while we were skating a spot in Downtown. Out of the whole team (11) they only cited me, took my skateboard and questioned me out of the whole team..

I was about 20 years old, I was the only black skater on the team at that time in 2009. I was so furious and I couldn’t skate the rest of the trip and I remember Scuba Steve the TM telling me it’s okay man “you don’t have to skate the rest of the trip”...

“What they did to you was wrong”, and everyone on the team was trying to cheer me up... I say this to say that, the cops out there in MN are twisted, once I saw what happened to George Floyd there, I got extremely sad, knowing how mean the cops could be there

What they did to him was completely out of this world wrong.
