What wasn't stolen from Natives was stolen from Mexico. THAT takes them down a path of realization that the entire source of their privilege is ill gotten, criminal by nature, so is their centuries long practice of making Native Americans, Latinos, and Black folks less than human

THAT is a reality they are simply not prepraed to handle, this is in fact NOT their country, that they are NOT superior, merely they have exercised dominance by force, the fact that people of color r breaking through their barriers to live the American life, gives 'em The Vapors!

and THAT is what you're seeing play out with trump, from claim that Obama wasn't American, to trying to erase every part of his legacy, from policy to portrait unveiling, and the fact that he does that resonates with those white Americans that we are seeing now,

From cops who killed Goeorge Floyd, Amy Cooper, the guy in the gym questioning brothers being there, the cops in Texas pulling guns on a young man (5 of them) for rolling a stop sign, and assaulting his 90 year old grandma, and Breonna Taylor's killers. THIS IS AMERICAN LEGACY!

There are even Native American communities that have been begging for running water for decades, denying them that is a DECISION! So yeah, we need to have the conversation but goddammit, let's have the WHOLE TRUE CONVERSATION! AMERICA NEEDS TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION HEARINGS!
