Ok I’ve been silent a long time but here’s why I hate Mama Mia! Here We Go Again and everything wrong with it a thread:

1. In “Honey Honey” the opening number in Mama Mia we learn that Donna met Sam first, then Bill, then Harry. Completely opposite in Here We Go Again

So even though MMHWGA is basically a retelling of the song “Honey Honey” it’s not even right.

2. Sam tells Sophie that he and Donna created the design for the hotel together on the back of a napkin. Where was that in MMHWGA??

3. MISSED OPPORTUNITY!!!
It is a established that Donna and the Dynamites went on WORLD TOURS being a badass girl group. And all we get is them singing one song at graduation??? And another in a cafe??? Bullshit.

4. Donnas friends do not even know that she slept with two other guys after Sam, and yet here they are not only getting involved but also falling in love with them too??? Okay??

5. The scene with Donna as a ghost. Should have stayed in the drafts!

6. Okay again with Honey Honey. It says that Donna shows Bill and Harry the island and they have sex there but in MMHWGA she meets Harry in Paris and Bill on his boat

7. It really bothers me that they all have the same hair cuts in the past as they do in the present. Dose Tonya really need a bob for us to know that she’s Tonya?

8. Also Rosie is a professional chef with a published cookbook in the first movie? And we learn nothing about that in the prequel/sequel?

9. Donna giving a speech at graduation??????????????? You’re telling me she was valedictorian or some shit? That bitch was all about the music she didn’t give an f about grades!

10. Cannot stress how great it would have been to have a movie centered around the glam of Donna and the Dynamites in full 70s power outfits and beautiful three part harmonies I hate Mama Mia! Here We Go Again and all that it stands for thank you
