We’ve had our landline number for 21yrs & today we switched to @SkyUK broadband/phone & found out that sky have lost our number & have given us an unwanted new one. Spent a day full being sent to old provider, BT &Sky only to be told they lost it! @SkyHelpTeam #catastrophic
Now I have to spend ANOTHER day on my new PAYG plan calling up all my contacts about their service and to give my new number!? They didn’t even consider offering me a discount or help for this? Maybe @Ofcom or @OpenreachHelp will be able to get my number back seen as sky didn’t!
