I always wait for information before opining. I don't have enough info to know whether it was a racist act. But I can say for sure that no matter what he may have done before cameras started rolling, that officer killed George Floyd and it was absolutely unjustifiable.

I'm a huge MMA fan. I've seen a million submissions. The cop cut off the blood flow to Floyd's brain and Floyd went unconscious at 4:35. Officer keeps his full body weight on Floyd's neck for another 4 full minutes! Horrifying.

Not only was Floyd subdued and not resisting, he was not conscious — completely limp — for four minutes while the officer kept his body weight on his neck. Numerous other officers around. No threat from Floyd. Absolutely horrifying.
