I once saw a pregnancy announcement by a woman who was expecting number 4. After her announcement she posted a note to say thank you to people for not judging the size of her family and how much anxiety she had about the post. It made me so sad for her. From that moment I decided not to have opinions on people's choices to have or not have families, or how big or small they want those families to be. I know what I want for myself, and that's all I need to worry about.

You guys make people feel bad about their own happiness.
You project because you know how much hard work and sacrifice parenting takes, but it comes off as snide.

I know there's a millennial awakening of people who want child - free lives and I celebrate your agency, esp for women, but remember to mind your business.
Anyway not an attack on the OP, I just suddenly remembered that and I never want to make other parents feel bad about what happiness and fulfillment is to them.
