During the pandemic, VA removed a decades-long practice allowing VSOs like @VFWHQ to help vets check their claims for mistakes.
Now, more vets may end up forced to appeal wrongly denied claims without it.

VA didn't attend the online forum today, so many of lawmakers' questions went unanswered.
