Very interesting!
To make it easier for you guys il like to elaborate a bit here.
1/n https://twitter.com/Anas_Jethunter/status/1265422716871618560
ALLAH has classified the people who were bestowed with grace (mentioned as انعمت عليهم in Surah Fatiha)
in fol 4 categories
1. Nabiyyeen
2. Siddiqeen
3. Shuhada
4. Saaliheen
2/n
He argues here that though Prophets are perfect and infallible as human beings, they do have some dominant traits and some docile ones. 3/n
For eg : Hazrat Ibraheem and Hazrat Idris AS had siddiqiat as their dominant traits.
Reference:
Pic 1: Hazrat Ibrahim in Surah Maryam Ayat 41
Pic 2: Hazrat Idris in Surah Maryam Ayat 56
4/n
Siddiqiat encompasses a cognitive process of understanding a fact and then verifying it despite knowing the consequences. 5/n
Similarly some Prophets had dominant physical attributes like Hazrat Musa and Hazrat Ismaiil AS.
6/n
Reference : Hazrat Musa unintentionally killing ab Egyptian with a single punch.
Moreover, there are numerous ayat in Quran where politico military struggle of Hazrat Musa is discussed or where is tries to tell Bani Israel to resort to Jihad. 7/n
Similarly, Hazrat Ismaiil was Chosen by Almighty ALLAH to help Hazrat Ibraheem in construction of Kaaba. Which was not at all an easy task. Moreover he was tasked to maintain the peace and ensure its cleanliness and purification (Administration and Policing duties).
8/n
Now this is the context in which Dr Israr here discusses the companions of Holy Prophet.
A/C to him if you want to see the someone with qualities of Hazrat Ismaiil (Administration, Policing, politico Military knack) in a Sahabi, look at Hamza. 9/n
Both Hazrat Ismaiil and Hamza were fond of hunting. There is famous incident where Hazrat Ibraheem travelled all the way from Palestine to meet him in Makkah but the Son was out hunting. After waiting few days Hazrat Ibraheem went back and couldn't meet him.
10/n
Same was the case with Hazrat Hamza, he would go out in desert and live there like a lone Ranger hunting lions. Moreover, he was the most feared Hashmiite in Makkah. 11/n
Similarly if you want to see a Sahabi with qualities similar to that of Hazrat Musa (Enthusiasm, politico Military sense and administration) look at Umar. He like Hamza was amongst the brave and audacious. 12/n
Whereas, if you look at Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Usman, they had the soft power. They were considered intellectuals and hence Dr Israr compares Hazrat Abu Bakr with Hazrat Ibraheem and Usman with Hazrat Idrees.
13/n
Both were well known Quraishiis, once Holy Prophet announced his Nabuwwa. Both part of the elite, possessing financial muscle opened their coffers to support Islamic movement but they weren't as fearless as Hamza or possessed political knack like Umar (RA).
14/n
Now coming over to the most interesting part of this debate. Dr Israr says and its our eeman that amongst all the Prophets, the most multi dimensional, versatile and ambivert personality was given by ALLAH to Prophet Muhammad. He is the best creation of Almighty ALLAH.
15/N
Whether it is the cognitive domain, spiritual or politico military one (public life). Muhammad is the best scholar, spiritual leader, General and Head of STATE. Coming over to his private life, the best husband, father, cousin, nephew and grand father. PERIOD.
16/n
Hence all the best traits which ALLAH has bestowed mankind with are manifested in their pure and perfect form in Prophet Muhammad unlike all other Prophets who were not ambivert.
17/n
According to Dr Israr here, if you want to see a man with personality and qualities like Prophet Muhammad, look at Ali!
الله اكبر
18/n
This is the greatest tribute which can be given to a man!
Hazrat Ali loved Prophet so much that he became an encyclopedia of Prophet's qualities and Sunnah.
19/n
This is the very reason that I consider Hazrat Ali the most brilliant man after the Prophets. Best amongst the Sahaba.
