It is safe to say that there is no longer communication between @USAEmbassyLibya and the eastern bloc.

Whether or not diplomacy with the eastern bloc is on/off the table for the #US will immensely impact how the conflict will evolve.

#Libya

The #LNA’s relationship with #Russia has undergone a transformation recently that we had discussed in our reports throughout the last 2 months.

However, there is clearly little known of the dynamics of the relationship as the #US would have capitalised on some of its issues.

Whether this is a result of failure on the #US’s part, difficulty in dealing with the #LNA, stubbornness of developing communication in the east due to Russian presence or misunderstanding how to approach the eastern bloc is yet unclear.
