I've said this before but again:

I need white people who are committed to anti-racism to step it up. I shouldn't be grateful for you not calling the cops or not saying something terrible. Don't share images of Black pain. Instead do this:
4. don't get in the way. Give support but don't try to lead, suggest, or correct Black resistance.
5. stop cooperating with the systems that benefit you. (e.g. teaching at "disadvantaged schools" to get experience before moving to a comfy white school)
6. stop spreading badly disguised racism. (e.g. changing how you talk to seem "down" or quoting anything that defends a biological component to race).
There's definitely more stuff but that's all I could think off the top of my head.
